As travel and Coronavirus (COVID-19) policies take effect for many of our attendees and speakers, ALI Conferences has put together a resource hub with some of the frequently asked questions and information about our conferences and events in regards to COVID-19.

What you should know

ALI Conferences joins a long list of organizations that are rescheduling events in order to protect the health and safety of our attendees and to support and comply with the wider public effort to slow the spread of the virus.

In-person conferences originally scheduled for events now through July will be rescheduled for Fall 2020. We will continue to monitor the situation and update you on all of our upcoming events.

UPDATE 6/10/2020: Fall 2020 conferences are now available with flexible attendance options. Check out ALI Conferences event lineup and register for an in-person or virtual ticket.

We have announced a variety of virtual conferences and trainings for the next few months as we continue to help you and your organizations navigate during these challenging times. What is the Advanced Learning Institute’s policy on COVID-19’s effect on conference attendance?
Check our website for upcoming virtual options. We will resume in-person events in the Fall. We are committed to keeping our attendees and speakers safe as well as educated!

What is the typical size of an ALI Conference?
Although it varies by event, you may expect to meet and interact with 40-80 attendees, speakers, and sponsors.

What is the Advanced Learning Institute’s cancellation policy?
Substitutions and transfers from one conference to another are allowed at any time. Registered attendees who cancel their attendance more than two weeks before the start of the conference will receive a refund minus a $295 administration fee or may choose to receive a credit memo for a future conference and a future webinar.

Those who cancel within two weeks of the start of the conference will receive a credit memo to attend a future ALI conference plus a complimentary webinar registration. Credit memos may be transferred to a colleague and expire one year after the date of issuance.

For new attendees registering March 12th, 2020 or later: we offer a no-risk/full refund cancellation policy.

If you’re unsure of your travel plans for an upcoming ALI event, register now and select pay by invoice. This allows you to lock in your registration at lower pricing and pay by 2 weeks before the start of the conference.
