We will only ever share your details with third parties with your express permission. We will never rent or share your email address with any third parties.
We do provide a contact list of attendee names and company email addresses to all attendees of the conference they attend after the event is held. This is only for the purpose of connecting with people you met, not for marketing or sales purposes. When you attend a conference, you may choose not to share your email address with the other attendees.
Collection Of Your Information For Event Registration or Product Orders
If you register for an event or order an Advanced Learning Institute product from us, we will request additional information on our registration/order form. This includes contact information (such as name, organization, address, phone, email or credit card information.) This information is used for billing and confirmation purposes, to fulfill your order or complete your event registration. This contact information is also used to get in touch with you to confirm your order or ask any questions. In addition, if you register for an event, we may request additional information about your travel schedule or your hotel accommodations. This information will only be used for the specific event you are attending.
From time to time, we may send you notices about related conferences or events that might be of interest, but we never share your information with other organizations.
We may occasionally share general attendee demographic data – such as job titles and organizations – with other professional organizations (including our event sponsors/exhibitors/partners). This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.
Credit Card Processing
Credit card details are not stored on Advanced Learning Institute servers. We use a credit card processing company to bill customers for goods and services. This company does not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.
ALI takes precautions to protect our customer information. Access to our customer information is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information.

Correcting, Updating or Removing Your Personal Information
If your contact information (such as email or mailing address) changes, please contact us and we will make any updates.
