We know the internal communications community values in-person collaboration. We’re committed to creating a safe and comfortable environment for all attendees.

We will be following current CDC recommendations and local guidelines to ensure a great experience, along with putting in place measures to keep you safe during the ongoing pandemic. (If you are not comfortable attending in-person, we are also offering a virtual option for this event.)

To join us in Las Vegas, you will be asked to provide proof of your COVID-19 vaccination status or a negative test (taken within 72 hours before entry to the LVCC) and you will be required to wear a mask while indoors. The State of Nevada and Clark County requires and will enforce that all individuals, regardless of vaccination status, wear a mask indoors. Masks are not required for outdoor networking opportunities; however, we encourage you to do what you are most comfortable with in this case. For the most up-to-date requirements and updates, check the Nevada Health Response site.

Here are highlights of the measures we’ll be following (subject to change based on recommendations):

  • Vaccinations required for all attendees (all event staff is 100% vaccinated), or proof of negative test within 72 hours before entry
  • Masks required indoors when not actively eating or drinking
  • Limited attendance with typical gatherings of 50-100 attendees to allow for high quality, high-value learning and networking
  • Modified event space to support physical distancing in seating arrangements and during networking opportunities
  • Adapted ways food and beverage services are provided to limit risk/exposure
  • Hand sanitation stations throughout the event space
