ALI’s team would like to thank Preston Lewis for kicking off our first May conference event with a bang! Along with Preston, we had the chance to hear from several wonderful speakers such as Bryan Chaney of Indeed, Amanda Minto of Comcast, Robin Farr of Travel Alberta, Vivian Greentree, Ph.D (she/her/hers) of Fiserv, Kelli Carlson of Wells Fargo, and Mira Sleilati of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority of NYC.

Each speaker shared their stories and thoughts regarding the difficulties employees and a business can have regarding their HR and Internal Communication policies. They offered valuable solutions on how they navigated unchartered territory during a global pandemic and how certain changes were successful.
