NC State is such a large, multifaceted university that it’s been my goal from day one to help break down silos and build community. The pandemic presented even more (unanticipated, but valuable) opportunities to launch new communications initiatives that connect and celebrate our faculty and staff.

In this session, we’ll dig into a few different story series to uncover how they’ve increased employee engagement, driven web traffic and helped improve morale during an exceptionally challenging time.
