Inside Out: Turning Employees Into Brand Advocates
Planet Fitness is an American franchisor and operator of fitness centers based in Hampton, New Hampshire. 2,000+ clubs making it one of the largest fitness club franchises by number of members and locations. Their mission is to enhance people’s lives and create a healthier world. The PF Purpose strategy guides this employees in three areas that are fundamentally interconnected. This session will use innovative internal storytelling to create employee branding and marketing opportunities that support the “Judgement Free” atmosphere.
