Responsibilities

Kelli Clark is the VP, Global Head of Culture and Change at Aon. In this role, she directs the firm’s change
management strategy for leadership and culture initiatives including diversity, equity and inclusion; global
learning & development and colleague engagement. Through her work in this role, she empowers
colleagues to work together in innovative ways to drive growth for the firm while enabling colleagues to
grow into their full potential.

Under Clark’s leadership, this year, Aon’s signature cultural workshop – Leading Aon United — has been
scaled to reach more than 5,000 colleagues virtually while maintaining more than 98% positive feedback
from colleagues.

In addition, Clark has led her teams in the creation of new and relevant tools such as a toolkit for people
managers to lead virtually, Aon’s Ally Guide, which centralizes and streamlines the full suite of Inclusion &
Diversity resources and information, and the Aon IQ initiative which guides colleagues through interactive
experiences to broaden their understanding of unique client solutions offered across the firm.
As Aon prepares to integrate with Willis Towers Watson, Clark serves as Aon’s Culture & Change
workstream sponsor, leading efforts to shape the cultural aspirations and values of the combined firm,
leadership strategies and a comprehensive understanding of colleague engagement.

Experience

Clark joined Aon in 2019 after a nearly 20-year career in a variety for industries leading culture, change
and communication strategies, initiatives and teams.

Clark is a storyteller and strategist who uses her communication ability and passion for people to create
thriving team cultures keeping colleagues engaged, informed and excited about their work while also
serving as executive advisor to C-suite leaders.

Education and Community

Clark earned a BS in Communication from Missouri State University and a Master of International
Business from Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, Scotland.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling, running, reading, and making pancakes on Saturday mornings with
her daughter. She lives in Chicago with her wife, daughter, son, and their spunky seven-pound pup, Della.
