Crystal McNeal has over 25 years of experience in communications. She joined MGM Resorts International in January 2017 and currently serves as a senior leader on the Global Corporate Communications the team and ensures the company’s 80,000 employees are informed and engaged. Prior to her role at MGM Resorts, she served as Senior Manager, Internal Events and Communications at Gaylord Opryland Resort, a Marriott International property located in Nashville, Tennessee.

Crystal spent most of her career in her hometown of Milwaukee, Wisconsin where she managed communications for Potawatomi Hotel & Casino, Versiti Blood Center of Wisconsin, the City of Milwaukee, Milwaukee County and the YWCA of Southeast Wisconsin. She also spent five years as a Lecturer in the College of Communications at her alma mater Marquette University.

Crystal is accredited in Public Relations from the Public Relations Society of America and has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism.
