UVM Health Network is made up of 6 hospitals and a home health care agency stretching across Vermont and northern New York. Some partners were on SharePoint, some on different systems and some do not have an intranet presence at all. At the end of this project, we will have a network-wide intranet that increases transparency across all partners but still maintains local resources and community.
