During this workshop, Dr. Denise Pearson will discuss some of thechallenges and opportunities faced by leaders to createorganizations that are inclusive and supportive of myriadstakeholder groups. She will explore the notion of policies as thefoundation for inclusive practices, in addition to discussing commonchallenges inherent with building an infrastructure that elevatesdiversity, equity, and inclusion and organizational change of anymagnitude. Dr. Pearson will engage participants in dialogue aimedat ultimately embracing and leveraging the promise of diversity,equity, and inclusion as business, economic, and moral imperatives.
