Chances are you still have – and may have indefinitely – colleagues who are working from home. For many of our ALI community members, we found that they were new to this having never had the staff not in the office for at least a portion of the week.

You’ll meet together in small groups face-to-face during this session to discuss digital tools you’ve used, decided against, and are looking into to help keep your employees engaged as they work from home.

Each group will designate a note-taker to write up the ideas discussed and to share in the One-Drive folder post-conference.
