It’s easy to believe that the future is something that happens ‘to’ us, but in fact, internal communications professionals have the unique ability to help create a better future of work (and life.) 

In this workshop participants will have the opportunity to roll up their sleeves and flex their own futurist muscles. We’ll learn core foresight skills, analyze and explore our assumptions about the present and where it’s leading us, analyze trends, and identify concrete, tangible ways that we can impact our organization, our industry, our communities, and the world.

  • Examine how internal communications can not only respond, but create the future of work
