Let’s be honest — the premise that we can ever perfectly capture the voice of our executive is a flawed one. As executive communications professionals, we’re switching between topics, contexts, and even leaders themselves. Then, there’s the fact that — at least for the foreseeable future — we write with and for humans, who are constantly learning, changing, and evolving (and so is their voice).
