Module 3: Creating MAPS For Employees To Foster Engagement & Retention

In this final session, learners will explore how to create meaningful relationships between diverse staff and their workplace through a MAPS (Mentors, Advisors, Partners, Sponsors) program. Through case studies and interactive discussions, learners will gain tools and strategies to build a support system that increases engagement and retention of diverse staff. They will learn how MAPS can help create new pathways to leadership for employees with diverse backgrounds, while also addressing any potential unconscious biases. By the end of the session, learners will have the knowledge to create a real MAPS program that supports the growth and success of diverse employees within their organization.
