In 2021, New York Life migrated its entire collaborative social intranet to a new platform, delivering different capabilities, and features. While we originally took the “lift and shift” approach to move most of the legacy content, there were some key areas where we needed to have the end-user shape the ultimate end game from a design and experience perspective.
