As the pandemic continues to shape the way we work, many organizations struggle with engaging their hybrid workforce. Presenter Michelle Gebhart, who leads EPA’s Customer Adoption Program, will share her experiences helping EPA’s workforce navigate pandemic-mandated telework and the transition to a hybrid workplace. Michelle will focus on success stories and best practices for promoting collaboration and productivity among remote and in-office workers, while building a vibrant and resilient workplace culture.
