Cody Loveland is a digital and culture leader who is passionate about inspiring, delighting and connecting with people. He is a former high school teacher turned TEDx speaker, digital ambassador and global facilitator. As Alcon’s Global Social Media Director he leads the strategy, governance and operational implementation for 100+ social media channels. Previously he was the Director of Global Digital, Social Media and Corporate Brand where he transformed Alcon’s brand identity and digital presence by launching a new logo, corporate websites and social channels. Prior to that he was the Global Head of Employment Brand & Recruitment Marketing where he designed and implemented a world-class multi-day onboarding program, led leadership & culture programs and launched the company’s first digital recruitment and employment brand strategies. Cody holds a bachelor’s degree in History & Communications, a master’s degree in Curriculum & Instruction and has completed postgraduate studies & certifications in Product Management, Talent Management, Education Leadership and Social Justice. He currently lives in Fort Worth, Texas.
