What is the Advanced Learning Institute’s policy on COVID-19’s effect on conference attendance?
Check our website for upcoming virtual options. ALI conferences will be all virtual through the end of 2020. We will resume in-person events in 2021. We are committed to keeping our attendees and speakers safe as well as educated!
What is the typical size of an ALI virtual event?
Although it varies by event, you may expect to meet and interact with 30-50 attendees, speakers, and sponsors.
Cancellation/Substitution Policy—Virtual Events:
You may send a substitute to attend in your place or transfer your registration to another ALI event at any time with no penalty. Please notify us as soon as possible.
You will receive the recording and copies of the presentations after the event is held. Virtual event fees are non-refundable.
You may pay immediately upon registration via PayPal or credit card or choose to pay by invoice. If you choose to pay by invoice, you will receive an invoice in a separate email on the day you register. You may then pay by purchase order, check, electronic funds transfer, or credit card.
Full payment or proof of payment must be received no later than two weeks before the start of the conference in order to hold your registration.
Early Bird Rate/Promotions:
In order to qualify for any “early bird” rates or other promotional discounts, payment must be received by the deadline date.
