Steven Piotrowski is a Customer Success Manager for Microsoft Office 365. He helps customers plan and execute change management programs to promote collaborative work cultures using the Office 365 platform. Before joining Microsoft, Steven was the global collaboration lead for Aon. As part of Aon’s Knowledge Sharing organization, he helped more than 36k colleagues connect with each other and share expertise via Yammer and SharePoint. Prior to joining Aon, he was a management consultant with Deloitte focused on knowledge and information management strategy within the healthcare sector. Steven earned his undergraduate degree from Penn State and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
