Scott is a Staff Consultant on the SharePoint & Search Development Services Team at General Mills. He has worked with Microsoft .NET technology since its inception and has been involved in SharePoint since the release of MOSS 2007. Previous to General Mills he worked in consulting as a lead SharePoint Architect responsible for the successful delivery of large scale projects designed and developed on the SharePoint Platform.
Scott job responsibilities on the SharePoint team revolve around maintaining and supporting the platform as a whole. Currently projects involve stability of the 2010 environment as well as providing direction to where and when to move to the next version of the platform. Scott is certified as a .NET solutions developer and holds multiple certification on the SharePoint platform. He has participated as a VTSP for Microsoft and understands the Microsoft product stack in depth. With 10+ years developing solutions in many different industries Scott has seen and worked in many different aspects of software development.
When he isn’t working with SharePoint he spends time with his wife and two young daughters in Wayzata, MN. He enjoys to unplug and spend time in the outdoors fishing, skiing and relaxing.
