Rob is the Chief Experience Officer of Interplay Experience Design, an Experiential Learning Agency that translates complex business objectives into targeted audience action using a combination of games and experiential learning techniques. Over the past twenty years, he has produced hundreds of game experiences, creating inventive, audience-engaging multi-dimensional designs for thousands of people in Safeco Field to multi-state games for a single private client.
Since 2003 Interplay has made intangible brand values, mind-numbing technical training, complex executive team strategies, and numerous messages stick in the minds of targeted audiences. Rob leads a team of Experience Designers in Seattle that uses play and curiosity to drive deeper learning for consumers, employees, executives, and sales teams for T-Mobile, Microsoft, Starbucks, Dunkin’ Donuts, and other smart companies.
