Rita Ferrari is a Marketing Manager at Premier Healthcare Exchange (PHX), where she is responsible for the strategic and tactical development of direct marketing campaigns, interactive promotional campaigns and understanding the voice of the customer. Much of her current focus revolves around the development of PHX’s Customer Loyalty Program, where the primary emphasis is centered on the gamification industry.
In addition to her client facing work, Rita is also responsible for the generation of white papers and case studies, research and analysis of relevant market trends affecting the healthcare industry, and presentation of findings in the context of developing new strategic planning initiatives. She also conducts webinars and manages Customer Focused Councils for additional consumer insight.
Earlier in her career, Rita developed and managed a suite of internet based products with a specialization in e-payments within the banking industry. Rita earned her B.S. in Economics and Marketing from West Chester University and received an MBA from Drexel University.
