Maureen Myers is the manager of technology at the W.K. Kellogg Foundation in Battle Creek, Mich.
In this role, she works with the director of technology to manage the day-to-day activities of the foundation’s technology function including staff, budgets and all administrative activities. In addition, she provides leadership to the development, implementation and ongoing enhancement of WKKF’s content management and collaboration system, as well as a wide variety of technology projects.
Previously, Myers was manager of technology administration and earlier project leader/ system implementation in the technology department. She began her career at WKKF in the Kellogg National Fellowship Program, where she assisted the director in all aspects of program management.
Myers earned her bachelor’s degree in management and organizational development at Spring Arbor University in Spring Arbor, Mich. She has completed professional certification as a training manager/director with Langevin Learning Services, the world’s largest train-the-trainer company. She also completed the Leadership Development Program conducted by the Center for Creative Leadership in Greensboro, N. C., and the Professional Development Program at the Colorado Outward Bound School, Leadville, Colo.
