For nearly two years Glen Schwartz has served as the Director of Corporate Communications for Dunkin’ Brands, Inc., leading a diverse team responsible for executive, corporate employee and franchisee communications. Under Glen’s leadership, the team has created an organized system for communicating to the company’s key internal audiences through a variety of traditional and emerging channels. Prior to serving as Director, Glen spent four years as a Communications Manager at Dunkin’ Brands, developing communications tools and strategies to support Dunkin’ Donuts U.S. field employee and franchisee communications.
Glen spent more than five years in public relations with Fleishman-Hillard, Inc. in their Boston office. During his time with FH Glen spent several years working on the Crisis and Litigation Support team working on sensitive client projects serving as spokesperson and providing extensive media analysis to client executives. Glen also spent time handling more traditional public relations accounts and managed media strategy, media relations outreach, and client management.
Glen graduated from Ithaca College and for several years has worked game days in the press box at Gillette Stadium for the New England Patriots.
