Debra Pekin

Deb has been with Kraft for over 20 years in both HR and IS, and has worked in Diversity, Labor Relations, Operations, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Onboarding, Internal web page development, and Business Practices. Deb has served and as Change Leader on several manufacturing and R& D projects and within the Project Management Office. As a Prosci Certified Trainer, Deb also delivers Change Management training.

Currently Deb is the Change Manager for the Human Resources Solutions group where she manages Employee Communications and Training and serves as the Change Lead on HR related systems development projects.
