Dansby’s specialization in employee engagement and change management began over a dozen years ago, when he joined the Strategic Communications practice at Delta Consulting Group, an organization change consultancy.
Since that time, he has worked with clients to design and implement large-scale change programs, culture change initiatives, team charters and alignment, and communications function redesigns. While Dansby works across industry sectors, much of his work has been with technology and healthcare clients, including work over the past several years with clients across the healthcare spectrum prepare for and adapt to the Affordable Care Act.
Before joining Weber Shandwick’s Employee Engagement and Change Management specialty, Dansby worked for several public relations, digital communications, and internal/employee communication consultancies. He studied to be an academic and received his PhD in English from Emory University in 1998, where his dissertation explored the medieval roots of T.S. Eliot’s poetry and plays.
