As CEO of Game On Nation, Blair Bloomston has spent the last 18 years helping the world’s most recognizable athletes, teams, and corporations improve their communication, engagement, and team culture. Blair has been featured as a speaker for the SHRM National Inclusion Summit, United States Olympic Committee’s National Coaching Conference, and USA Swimming Women’s Leadership Summit.

As an instructional designer and facilitator, Blair has led multi-year collaborations within Deloitte, Hilton, Honda, Acura, NASCAR, the Pittsburgh Pirates, and Joint Special Operations Command. Through her work on behalf of the USO and Wounded Warrior Project, Blair has had the opportunity to build and deliver programs for military service members, spouses, caregivers, and veterans from all US Military service branches. Blair also led Game On’s award as a GSA schedule-holder, with Federal clients including NASA, USDA, DHS, and USAF, as well as Members of Congress within the US House of Representatives.

When she’s not on the road as a speaker and facilitator for Game On, Blair resides in Bradenton, FL with her husband and two young sons.
