As one of the founding members of game on Nation, LLC, Blair has spent the last ten years helping the world’s most recognizable athletes, teams, and corporations improve communication, leadership, and culture. Blair is a co-creator of game on’s live-game training framework, called MILE™, which harnesses the power of game dynamics in a productive manner to create unparalleled engagement and buy-in for some of the world’s most demanding audiences. Every exercise Blair teaches is embedded with Mystery, Incentive, Laughter, and Empowerment, creating fun, entertaining presentations that move audiences and deliver results clients can see, feel, and measure.

Blair has been featured as a speaker for the United States Olympic Committee’s National Coaching Conference, the NCAA Alliance of Women Coaches, and on behalf of the USO at MacDill AFB, Ft. Bragg, Ft. Sam Houston, and Ft. Carson.
