While remote and hybrid work models are popular with employees, they pose new and real challenges for internal communicators. Employees are everywhere, making it hard to reach them in real-time. The digital workplace is also noisy. Between multiple tools, endless notifications, and tons of competing (and often disconnected) information, critical messages can get drowned out.
